What is RibbonStiff™?
It is a premium ribbon stiffener and adhesive that has been brought out by Strano Designs to work best with their 100% acetate ribbons. It is a water based product that is perfect for paper crafting, cardmaking and scrapbooking.

What it will work on?
Strano Designs striped 100% acetate ribbon is what RibbonStiff� was developed for.

Will it work on other types of ribbon such as sheer, satin, or polyesters?
RibbonStiff™ was developed to work with the 100% acetate ribbon but it can work with 100% polyester grosgrain. You just won't be able to use a paper punch. In RibbonStiff™ there is a binding mechanism that works with acetate. If your ribbon does not have acetate then it might not work. Be adventurous, try different things!

How do I use RibbonStiff™?
On our striped ribbon, just brush a coat of RibbonStiff™ on the back of the ribbon. Dry it with a heat tool or hairdryer or let it air dry. Once completely dry, go for it! For polyester grosgrain ribbon, apply RibbonStiff™ to both sides of the ribbon and dry.

What techniques can be used with RibbonStiff™ and Strano Designs 100% acetate ribbon?
� Die Cutting
We recommend Quickutz, but you can also use it with other die-cutting systems.

• Paper Punching
Some punches work better than others. It really depends on how sharp the punch is.

• Embossing
So cool. RibbonStiff™ allows you to emboss ribbon and the shape will really hold well.

• Stamping
If you apply RibbonStiff™, dry it and then stamp on it (RibbonStiff™side up), your stamped image will not bleed.

• Adhering
Yep, try making stuff stick!

•Rub-ons
RibbonStiff™ one side, dry and apply away. Effortless!
